Polyamide/Nomex® Aramid

Nomex® Aramid Fiber Paper was developed for applications requiring dimensional stability and superior heat resistance. As part of the Nylon family, Nomex® Aramid paper offers high dielectric capability and outstanding strength to weight properties. Nomex® has high resistance to acids, beta and gamma radiation and to high temperature water or steam in extreme applications. When combined with other substrates such as Mylar® or Kapton® it becomes an extremely high-end application product.
